Replacement of damaged or faulty products If there is no feedback of damage or malfunction within 7 days of receiving the package, it is assumed that all products are in good condition. If there are more than 10 issues with the order within 2 months, contact customer service for an exchange, and the return shipping cost will be borne by us (the seller) For orders with fewer than 10 items accumulated, the buyer is responsible for the exchange shipping fee; orders older than 2 months will not be exchanged. Exchange process for non-defective products When the product has non-quality issues (including minor defects) and needs to be exchanged, the following discount rates will apply for exchanging the same model in a different color or another style: Orders within 1 month are calculated based on the value of the goods 10% off, and the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer Orders within 2 months are calculated based on the value of the goods 20% off, and the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer Orders within 3 months are calculated based on the value of the goods 30% off, and the return shipping cost is borne by the buyer. When the number of exchanged items exceeds 500, or when the exchanged items exceed 50% of the corresponding order quantity, or when the after-sales items are clearance items, no returns or exchanges will be processed. For orders with many styles but few quantities of each item, due to the scattered styles ordered, it takes a lot of time to sort and prepare the goods.
