Community Guidelines
VOGHION COMMUNITY GUIDELINES
1. Purpose and Scope
Voghion is committed to maintaining a trustworthy, safe, lawful, and useful community experience for all users. These Community Guidelines set out the standards that apply to content, interactions, and conduct across Voghion's community features and related services.
These Community Guidelines apply to all users of Voghion, including without limitation customers, visitors, registered users, merchants, sellers, brands, creators, influencers, affiliates, service providers, and any other person or entity that posts, uploads, shares, publishes, transmits, promotes, or otherwise makes content or materials available through Voghion.
By accessing or using any community feature on Voghion, you agree to comply with these Community Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies, rules, or program terms that may apply.
2. Community Features Covered
These Community Guidelines apply to all community and user-facing features made available by Voghion, including without limitation:
- Product reviews and ratings
- Seller, merchant, or service feedback
- Questions and answers
- Comments, replies, and discussions
- Photos, videos, livestream clips, and other visual materials
- User profiles, usernames, biographies, and avatars
- Creator, influencer, affiliate, ambassador, or promotional content
- Submissions relating to campaigns, giveaways, promotions, surveys, or events
- Reports, complaints, appeals, and other communications submitted through community or trust and safety channels
- Any other content or interaction made available on or through Voghion that is intended for viewing, use, or reliance by other users
3. General Standards
All content and conduct on Voghion must be lawful, accurate where factual claims are made, relevant to the applicable feature or listing, respectful of others, and consistent with these Community Guidelines.
You must not use Voghion's community features in any way that is deceptive, abusive, harmful, unlawful, or inconsistent with the intended purpose of the platform.
We may remove, restrict, demote, disable access to, label, or otherwise take action against any content or account that violates these Community Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, applicable law, or any other applicable policy.
4. Product Reviews and Ratings
Product reviews and ratings are intended to help users make informed purchasing decisions based on genuine experiences and honest opinions.
Reviews and ratings must:
- Reflect your own genuine experience, opinion, or assessment
- Relate to the relevant product
- Be based on lawful and good-faith conduct
- Not be misleading, manipulated, fabricated, or submitted for an improper purpose
Reviews and ratings must not:
- Be false, fake, or materially misleading
- Be submitted in exchange for money, discounts, free goods, refunds, reimbursement, credits, gifts, loyalty benefits, or any other compensation, unless expressly authorized by Voghion and clearly disclosed as required by law and platform rules
- Be created, edited, deleted, or suppressed as part of a review manipulation scheme
- Be posted by a person or entity with a direct or indirect conflict of interest without clear and prominent disclosure where permitted
- Be used to pressure, threaten, extort, or unfairly damage another person or business
- Focus primarily on matters unrelated to the product itself where a separate seller or service feedback feature is provided
- Include promotional, advertising, or off-platform solicitation content
5. Seller, Merchant, and Service Feedback
Where Voghion provides a feature for seller, merchant, logistics, or service feedback, such content must focus on the actual buying, fulfillment, delivery, customer service, or transaction experience.
Seller or merchant feedback must not be used as a substitute for product reviews and must not contain:
- Content unrelated to the relevant transaction
- Promotional or competitive messaging
- Threats, harassment, extortion, or coercion
- Confidential transaction information beyond what is necessary to describe the experience
- False or manipulated claims intended to mislead users or unfairly influence a seller's reputation
6. Questions, Answers, and Community Discussions
Questions, answers, comments, and discussions should be helpful, accurate, relevant, and made in good faith.
You must not post questions, answers, or comments that:
- Are knowingly false or misleading
- Impersonate a customer, seller, brand representative, or any other person
- Misrepresent expertise, identity, product use, or experience
- Are primarily promotional, commercial, or intended to divert users away from Voghion
- Are repetitive, spam-like, abusive, irrelevant, or otherwise disruptive
Where a seller, brand, creator, influencer, affiliate, or other person with a material connection to a product or merchant responds to a question or participates in a discussion, that connection must be clearly and prominently disclosed unless already clearly identified through the platform interface.
7. Creator, Influencer, Affiliate, and Promotional Content
Content created or published by creators, influencers, affiliates, ambassadors, merchants, brands, or other promotional partners must be truthful, lawful, clearly presented, and compliant with applicable advertising, consumer protection, and disclosure laws.
Such content must not:
- Mislead users regarding product performance, origin, sponsorship, endorsement, or availability
- Conceal a material connection, sponsorship, payment, commission, free product arrangement, or other incentive
- Falsely present advertising or sponsored content as independent consumer opinion
- Encourage users to post manipulated, compensated, or inauthentic reviews
- Divert users to off-platform channels in violation of Voghion rules
- Otherwise distort user trust in the community
Where required by applicable law or platform policy, promotional and sponsored content must be clearly and conspicuously identified.
8. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following content and conduct are prohibited on Voghion:
- Illegal content or conduct, including content that promotes, facilitates, instructs, or encourages unlawful activity
- Fraud, deception, scams, phishing, impersonation, or other dishonest conduct
- Fake engagement, fake reviews, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or content manipulation
- Content that is defamatory, libelous, threatening, harassing, abusive, hateful, discriminatory, or inflammatory
- Content that is obscene, sexually explicit in an impermissible manner, exploitative, or otherwise inappropriate for the relevant feature
- Content that exploits, endangers, sexualizes, or otherwise harms children
- Violent, graphic, or terror-related content, or content encouraging physical or financial harm
- Spam, repetitive content, mass postings, irrelevant content, or content generated primarily to manipulate search, ranking, trust signals, or user attention
- Advertising, solicitation, or self-promotion that is not expressly permitted
- Malicious code, malware, viruses, corrupted files, or technical interference with the platform
- Attempts to evade enforcement, moderation, identity checks, or other platform controls
- Any other content or conduct that Voghion reasonably determines undermines the safety, integrity, legality, fairness, or intended purpose of the platform
9. Intellectual Property, Privacy, and Personal Data
You may only post or submit content that you have the legal right to use, publish, share, or license.
You must not post content that:
- Infringes or misappropriates copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, patents, database rights, publicity rights, privacy rights, or other proprietary or personal rights
- Discloses another person's personal data, confidential information, financial information, contact information, or private communications without lawful basis or authorization
- Contains images, recordings, likenesses, or identifying details of individuals in a manner that violates applicable law or their rights
- Otherwise violates applicable data protection, privacy, intellectual property, or unfair competition laws
10. Review Manipulation and Conflicts of Interest
Voghion prohibits review manipulation and any attempt to distort the authenticity, neutrality, or reliability of community content.
Without limitation, you must not:
- Offer or accept compensation, incentives, discounts, refunds, reimbursements, gifts, coupons, loyalty points, free products, or other benefits in exchange for creating, editing, removing, withholding, or influencing reviews, ratings, feedback, or other community content
- Post content about your own products, services, store, brand, business, or commercial interests as if you were an independent user
- Coordinate review campaigns designed to create a false or misleading impression
- Request, induce, or pressure users to leave only positive reviews or to refrain from leaving negative reviews
- Interfere with another user's ability to provide an independent opinion
Voghion may apply additional rules, verification requirements, eligibility criteria, or feature restrictions to protect the integrity of reviews and other trust-based content.
11. Reporting Violations
Users may report content, conduct, merchants, creators, affiliates, or other activity that may violate these Community Guidelines, our Terms & Conditions, or applicable law through the reporting tools, help center, complaint channels, or other mechanisms provided by Voghion.
Reports should be made in good faith and include sufficient information for review where reasonably possible.
You must not misuse reporting tools, including by submitting knowingly false, abusive, retaliatory, duplicative, or bad-faith reports.
12. Review, Moderation, and Enforcement
Voghion may use automated tools, human review, or a combination of both to detect, assess, review, prioritize, label, restrict, remove, or otherwise moderate content and conduct.
Where permitted by applicable law and appropriate in light of the risk involved, Voghion may take enforcement action including without limitation:
- Removing, disabling, or restricting access to content
- Reducing the visibility or distribution of content
- Withholding publication of content pending review
- Issuing warnings
- Restricting access to certain community features
- Suspending or terminating accounts
- Removing listings or related products from community features
- Disqualifying users from creator, affiliate, ambassador, merchant, or promotional programs
- Taking any other action reasonably necessary to protect users, Voghion, third parties, or the integrity of the platform
Voghion reserves the right to act where it reasonably believes content or conduct creates legal, commercial, technical, reputational, or safety risk, even if a specific scenario is not expressly listed in these Community Guidelines.
13. Appeals and Complaints
Where required by applicable law or where Voghion otherwise makes such option available, users may appeal certain moderation or enforcement decisions through the channels designated by Voghion.
An appeal should identify the decision being challenged and provide any information or explanation that may assist review.
Submitting an appeal does not guarantee reversal of the original decision. Voghion may uphold, modify, or reverse its prior decision following review.
Nothing in these Community Guidelines limits any rights that users may have under applicable law, including rights relating to complaint handling, dispute resolution, or regulatory reporting.
14. Repeat Violations and Evasion
Repeated or serious violations of these Community Guidelines may result in enhanced enforcement measures, including permanent suspension or termination of accounts, removal from programs, or restriction of access to Voghion services.
Users must not attempt to circumvent enforcement actions through alternate accounts, coordinated third-party activity, technical evasion, or other means. Voghion may take action against related accounts, associated entities, or linked activity where reasonably necessary.
15. Relationship with Other Terms
These Community Guidelines form part of the rules governing use of Voghion's services and should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, merchant policies, creator or affiliate program terms, campaign rules, and any other applicable policies or agreements.
If there is a conflict between these Community Guidelines and any mandatory applicable law, the applicable law will prevail to the extent of the conflict. If there is a conflict between these Community Guidelines and a specific program policy or feature-specific rule, the more specific rule may apply to that feature or program.
16. Changes to These Community Guidelines
Voghion may update or modify these Community Guidelines from time to time. Updated versions will become effective upon posting, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Your continued access to or use of Voghion's community features after updated Community Guidelines take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised version, to the extent permitted by law.
